Dan joined Portfolio Advisors in 2013 and is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Previously, he was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Touradji Capital Management, L.P., a commodity-focused hedge fund advisor in New York, where he provided advice related to private fund formation, restructuring, compliance and registration issues. Prior to that, Dan served in the same capacity with Sursum Capital Management, L.P., a long short hedge fund based in Connecticut.
